Angus Scott

Co-Founder & VIGNERON

A fourth generation cattle farmer & cropper, Angus was raised on his family’s farm in Cootamundra NSW, and has been intrigued by the idea of creating something from nature through a process that merged tradition with provocative ingenuity ever since. After getting an advanced diploma in farm management from the University Of Sydney and playing professional rugby for over a decade, he’s since returned to his farming roots and now leads the Sustainable Agriculture and Winegrowing efforts at the Estate. In addition to co-founding Drury Lane Estate, Angus is also the principal of Drury Lane Contracting, A vineyard maintenance and residential building firm servicing the Hunter Valley.
